With Bananas

  • Raspberry Mango (1 frozen banana + 1/2 C frozen mango + 1/2 C frozen raspberries)
  • Pineapple (1 frozen banana + 1/2 C frozen diced pineapple)
  • Strawberry (1 frozen banana + 3/4 C frozen strawberries)
  • Mixed Berry Antioxidant Boost ( 1/4 C each of Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
  • Tropical (1 frozen banana + 1/4 C frozen pineapple, 1/4 C frozen mango + 1 frozen 1/4 C + dried coconut flakes)

Without Bananas
(Thaw 7-10 mins prior to inserting into Yonanas machine)

  • Tropical: ½ C frozen cubed mango, ½ C frozen chopped pineapple.
  • Melon Sorbet: ½ C frozen chopped honeydew, ½ C frozen chopped cantaloupe.
  • Mango Sorbet: 1-2 C of frozen mango cubes .
  • Watermelon Sorbet: 1- 1 ½ C frozen and cubed watermelon.
  • Berries n’ Cream: Freeze light or greek vanilla yogurt in 2 ice cube trays. Fill a cereal bowl half with yogurt cubes, half with frozen berries of your choice.

Indulge

  • Trail Mix: Insert one frozen banana, add ¾ C frozen strawberries, insert a second frozen banana, combine ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle dried fruit (apricots, pineapple, and dates or raisins and cranberries) and 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips on top.
  • Cookies & Cream: Insert ½ frozen banana, 1 chocolate sandwich cookie, 1 banana, 1 cookie, followed by another ½ banana. Stir to combine ingredients.
  • Chocolatey Hazelnut: 1 frozen ripe bananas + 1 oz. hazelnut chocolate bar + 1 frozen banana.
  • Mint Chocolate Chip: 1 frozen ripe banana + 1 oz mint dark chocolate + 1 frozen banana.
