Snap 2-0 Review

Snap 2-0 is a home and garden As Seen On TV product. This product claims to make switching hoses and nozzles a breeze with its system. Placing the Snap 2-0 on the base and receiver of the hose, it also claims to create a “snap” fit which will in turn be water tight. This product comes with 2 receivers, 2 bases, and a bonus hose nozzle. Does it work as well as it hopes to?

Out of the box, this As Seen On TV product seems to be fairly well thought out. We gave the directions a breeze to make sure we didn’t set up anything incorrectly. Ironically, when we were trying to remove the hose from the faucet, it had rusted quite a bit! We didn’t show it in the video, but both my video guy and I were struggling to get the darn hose off. Funny that we were genuinely experiencing that issue.

After placing the base on the hose, and the receiver on the faucet, it was test time! There wasn’t much of a snap to the connection, so I tried it again. Even though I didn’t get a satisfactory “SNAP”, I blasted the water, and there were no leaks! So far, so good!. On the other end of the hose, I used the bonus hose nozzle with the Snap 2-0 system. This time I was able to get a good snap out of the connection. With the water at full, I tested out the spray, and was VERY happy at how well it worked. This is really a product that I was hoping would be good, and it even exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this product. The assembly is super easy, the hose stays water-tight, and the bonus nozzle is excellent! With this system, I can switch from my nozzle to my sprinkler without any issues. This may be my go-to gift for the summer!

BEWARE: I spent 40.00 $ on product and was charged 31.80 for shipping for a very small box that was well under one pound.
Total cost for a bunch of plastic $81.13.
